discovered on the passby... lets run through it really quickly... Uwe ochsenknecht a german actor with some 30 yrs of activity... dont know much about ted levine but i guess he also has a quite long list of productions, just check with IMDB...
both men are identical, the ear gives it away... same face as well..

uwe ochsenknecht has a son that also has started out as child actor and pop prodigy, name Jimmy Blue Ochsenknecht, he also must work in american productions under diffrent guise...remember kid actors are being groomed....all this "one day i´m gonna be a famous" is just a brainfart that you´ve sustained already way too long..
he´s also related to patrick stewart, the commander of the USS enterprise... ears dont lie...
