this is Brösel alias rodger feldmann, famous for the funny german "Werner" comics...

 i found a 100% match for him with a german redlight-district entrepreneur called "Bert Wollersheim"

 so drawing comics isnt the only thing this guy is into...

 same jaw, same nose (slightly broken)...

 his silver teeth gimmick is only an act...on his head the typical sorcerers cylinder...we´ve seen with so many others...(campino, marlene dietrich etc.)

he built a funny big motorcycle, after the one that appeared in one of his comics...

even if this guy would run evry friggen redlight etablissement in the entire world we´d had to release him without parole, for his awesome comics and movies... i can remember when i was like 14 my colleague from school had ALL the comics, and we laughed tears at times reading them all the way through...same goes for the movies, of course... and i mean all of em...
