high-heels are not the only shoes that can add size to the wearer.
a person can be wearing special "elevator" shoes on a regular basis that can make him/her look significantly taller without anyone noticing. if a person is used to it, the clumsy feel can be downplayed. up to 4inch can be added. these sorts of shoes are used by actors that have to play a character thats taller then themselves, or by people in daily life that are not confident with their natural body height.
