really briefly: a really big christian band, 90s, for the german music scene...one of my first cd´s ever, along with some "petra" albums, i got for christmas...
bianca poppke, who took over for christian stäbler, after he tragically "died" in a car accident *rolleyes*, is none other than charlotte roche aka sabrina setlur... the world is small... the world of showbusiness even smaller...
ararat is the famous mountain in todays turkey where noah´s ark stranded after the deluge... people think they have identified the remains of the ark, and its possible that the claimed site is actually authentic... it is halfway up the mountain, meaning this deluge must have been HUGE !... genesis creation acount talks of 2 layers of water, one above the "emptyness" and one below... so if before the flood much water was bound up in the atmosphere, protecting us against dangerous UV-rays, allowing people to live several hundred years of age... then with the deluge it must have all come down, and form the seas as we know them today... and most inhabitants of the world drowned in it...
this is mt. ararat... it has 2 peaks... i´ve been flying around it in a "twin otter" using flightgear several times..

still great music... (the guy in the middle wearing the hat is christian staebler)... and if you look at the bass player, wolfgang stäbler, that might as well be colin newman again, alias uwe ochsenknecht etc...
